JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY The FP&A regional controller reports to MEA FP&A Head and plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's financial strategy through forecasting, budgeting, and analysis. This position involves working closely with several departments (accounting / controlling / …) and other Regions (NA / EE / …) to manage a proper P&L consolidation and with senior management to provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions. Start - STLA IT P&L consolidation system replacing SUIG/Niagara)To deliver reliable and insightful reporting and analysis in respect to the deadlinesTo monitor all cycles: flash / actuals / budget / rolling forecastTo reduce gaps between actuals and flash / improve the accuracy of flash and forecastTo propose and implement concrete actions of continuous improvement to streamline financial processesCOMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Master Degree in Finance , Business AdministrationWork Experience: 5-10 years experience in FP&A , Other functional controlling experiences are a plus (Sales & Marketing, SCM, Manufacturing, etc. )Language: Fluency in English & FrenchPreferred Skills & Abilities:
