PMO Cost - MEA Region

Mission of COST applies to: §the Cost field of the project management from the AVP (advanced projects) to the MPTM (Serial life starting),§the projects vehicle (including mid-life) and Modules/Platforms, Powertrain§The serial life (from the MPTM to the end of manufacturing of the car) §International coordination with the Cost supports of the Regions (China, North America, South America, India). §Management of the Cost job family: training and skills, pool for all project teams (vehicle, platform, regions, modules, powertrain).

Cost challenge and support of vehicle projects and Modules/platforms in the Cost fields §Explain, deploy the standards and the tools to be implemented, ·Formalize, explain, deploy, improve tools and standards·Provide assistance to the RCP (Responsable CoutProjet – Project Cost Manager) ·Check the implementation of the standards and their efficiency analysing the result§Take into account the regular lessons learned (RETEX), in order to improve our cost standards§Support Project Cost Managers to set up cost reduction workshops§Animate the Cost Manager community thru regular « RCP club » - New standards, Lessons learnt, …§Make regular training with new RCP if needed in order to follow the improvement of the cost knowledgeInternational Cost support coordination:

the goal is to reinforce the Cost support on the various regions and to implement the same processes all over the world§Deploy during dedicated meeting or during “RCP club ” our standard§Coordinate the Cost field between Europe and the other Regions : China, North America, South America, India. ·Lessons learned, training, RCP coaching, processes deployment Specific assignments within the team (solid line): §Advance Phase Cost Manager : leads the RCP’s tasks up to Pre Contract Milestone§Body-Interior-Exterior Advanced Project cost officer :

Leads and supports the Body-Interior-Exterior advanced engineering on economical aspects including the PORO process (design to cost approach on main Tophat parts)§Entry point for economical topics within the Benchmark NetworkManagement mission: §Be the referent of the management of the Cost Manager job family, §Define the necessary skills and the associated level, Organize the increased skills and build training plans for Cost actors (RCP).

§Constitute and update the RCP talent pool ·Make the RCP casting for validation by job family leaderYour profile5 to 7 years experience into Project & Cost Management Masters Degree in the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an accredited university (other Engineering degrees, in combination with relevant experience may be considered)Language: Fluency in English and FrenchStrong communication skills, both written and verbal from High Level Meetings down to the Shop FloorAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
