Job Summary (List Format) Serve as a Technical Scrum Master for cloud transformation initiatives, specifically on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for technical engineering teams. Leverage a strong technical background (preferably as a former developer in Python, Java, Node. js, etc. ) to actively engage in code-level and architecture discussions. Partner directly with engineers, architects, and product owners to drive the successful delivery of cloud-native solutions. Identify and address project blockers or inefficiencies with authority and transparency.
Bridge communication gaps between technical and business stakeholders, using hands-on development experience for effective collaboration. Maintain team velocity while ensuring high technical quality and strong team morale. (Nice to have) Bring experience in infrastructure as code, DevOps pipelines, data engineering, or previous enterprise GCP migration projects. (Nice to have) Hold relevant certifications in Scrum or GCP, though demonstrable experience is valued over credentials. Preference given to candidates with prior CVS or healthcare cloud transformation experience. Local candidates (Hartford, CT area) preferred; hybrid work environment.
