We are hiring a Senior Architect to join our design-led practice in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time, in-studio role for an experienced architect with strong technical ability, design maturity, and a background in delivering high-end residential and boutique commercial projects. The ideal candidate brings both rigour and originality, is confident leading client engagements, and thrives in a lean, high-performing team. You'll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery — from early concept and schematic development to detailed documentation, consultant coordination, and site support.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, documentation, and coordination of architectural projects from concept through constructionProduce schematic designs, detailed drawing packages, and full technical documentationGuide client discussions, facilitate design reviews, and manage consultant input across all phasesQA and red-line internal and external drawing sets with clarity and precisionOversee coordination with engineers, contractors, and specialists to ensure quality execution on siteStay actively involved in design and technical drawing — this is not a hands-off leadership roleContribute to refining studio workflows, standards, and delivery modelsRepresent the team with professionalism and confidence in both internal and external meetingsRequirementsMaster's degree in Architecture or equivalent qualificationMinimum 8-10 years of experience as an architect, including built work in high-end residential and boutique commercial projectsProficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; confident reviewing and QAing technical and visual outputs.
Familiarity with tools like D5 or Enscape is advantageousAbility to independently produce and review full construction documentationStrong technical understanding of materials, construction methods, and building systemsConfident managing client relationships and engaging with consultants and contractorsFluent in English (spoken and written)Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability in small, focused teamsAvailable to relocate to Dubai and work in-studio full timeBenefitsWill be discussed during recruitment process.
