As a Steward Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas while leading a team of stewards.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the stewarding team to ensure efficient operationsOversee the cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areasImplement and maintain cleaning schedules to meet hygiene standardsEnsure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulationsManage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipmentTrain and mentor stewards on proper cleaning techniques and safety proceduresCollaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to support smooth service operationsConduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization standardsAddress and resolve any cleanliness or sanitation issues promptlyMaintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inventoryQualificationsProven experience as a Steward Supervisor or in a similar leadership roleIn-depth knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety regulationsStrong understanding of kitchen equipment and cleaning proceduresExcellent leadership and team management skillsOutstanding organizational and time management abilitiesEffective communication skills in English, both verbal and writtenProblem-solving aptitude with attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
