Sti Pro Solutions d. o. o. is a company based in Zagreb that has been employing quality construction and industrial workers in Croatia, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands for many years.  Due to the increase in the scope of work, we are looking for a new member of our team who will be in the position of: Recruiter m/fYour work will include:

Coordinate and execute the recruitment process for "blue-collar" positionsCommunication with employment agencies and portalsMaintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for opened positions, and future openings Conduct interviews via phone or in-personQualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as contact person for questions from candidatesMeet weekly quotas related to calls and emailsWrite reports and keeping recordHelp with administrative tasksWhat is expected of you?:
