Stock Controller - Maputo

Job Title: Stock ControllerLocation: Maputo, MozambiqueKey Responsibilities Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate stock records in the company’s inventory management system. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system data. Investigate and report any discrepancies or stock variances. Monitor stock levels and notify relevant departments of low or excess stock. Receiving & DispatchingSupervise receiving and issuing of goods to ensure accuracy and quality compliance. Verify delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders for correctness. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of goods (FIFO/LIFO). Documentation & ReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Maintain detailed records of stock movements and adjustments. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate stock information. Operational SupportCollaborate with procurement and logistics teams to forecast stock needs. Ensure warehouse organization and safety standards are maintained. Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency.
