Stock Keeper

For our Outlet store located in Roermond , we are looking for a Stock Keeper.Your main responsabilities include:SALES & BUSINESS MANAGEMENT• Support the Sales Team as needed (e.g., retrieving requested items, providinginformation on stock availability, etc.).• Understand that the sales floor is completely dedicated to the customer experience,therefore ensuring that all merchandise movements for inbound andoutbound shipments and deliveries are carried out with the utmost discretion.• Ensure the implementation of operational standards across the store, guaranteeingefficiency and consistency.TEAM DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT• Participate in training programs in order to improve product knowledge andstock management skills, reporting to their manager regarding their effectiveness.• Take part in the daily morning briefing sharing key topics related to back-officeoperations.• Participate in induction programs, providing support within their area ofexpertise.OPERATIONS• Comply with and apply Company policies and procedures.• Monitor and manage inventory turnover, updating the system when necessary,without interfering with sales floor operations.• Actively participate in merchandise receiving and ensure quality control.They verify the consistency between received products, shipping documents,and the back-office system.• Report to Managers any possible loss, damages, or discrepancies.• Organize merchandise in the stockroom in accordance with Company standardsand periodically organize stock spaces in order to optimize merchandiseretrieval process, thereby supporting sales performance.• Apply price tags and anti-theft devices on products.• Handle inbound and outbound merchandise movements (i.e., transfers,end-of-season returns, etc.), without interfering with sales floor operations.• Organize and actively participate in fiscal and cycle inventories.• Support all other daily store Operations activities which are not directly related to stock management, when needed.We offerA full- time contractA competitive salary packageA stimulating international and multicultural work environment where everyone feels respected and valuedAn autonomous work environment that embraces ownership
