About The JobAs a Stock & Process Responsible, you will be involved in supervising daily operations, coordinating teams, ensuring service levels, and improving productivity. This position is key in guaranteeing on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and process compliance aligned with the brand’s high standards.Job responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Oversee daily logistics flows inbound, outbound, inventory, and return flows, ensuring service level targets are metSupervise and coordinate 3PL in daily operationsTrack KPIs such as OTIF, stock accuracy, productivity, and fulfillment lead timeOptimize warehouse layout and space utilization to increase efficiencySupport the Logistic Manager in new project deployment including testing and user trainingLead UATs, manage issue tracking, and ensure knowledge transfer to operationsIdentify inefficiencies and propose optimizations to reduce costs and improve performanceMonitor key metrics and analyze trends to support strategic decisionsAct as a key point of contact for the 3PL ensuring that LV processes and standard are ensuredPromote a process-oriented and data-driven culture within the warehouseProfileSkills & Requirements:Degree in Management/Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or similar3+ years of experience in process improvement in supply chain/warehouse/logistics environmentsKnowledge of WMS and ERP systems; experience with Infolog a plusFamiliarity with Lean methodologies and process mappingStrong communication, training, and documentation skillsProficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation, reporting, and performance trackingAdvanced skills in Power BI, including report creation, data modeling, and automationFluent in Italian and EnglishAdditional informationLocation: Basiano (MI)Reference LVM30398
