Storage Engineer

【Position Outline/ 依頼概要】Storage Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's storage infrastructure. This role ensures the high availability, performance, and security of data storage solutions, supporting critical business applications and data retention strategies. The Storage Engineer will work closely with other IT teams to understand storage requirements, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the overall resilience and efficiency of the IT environment.【Responsibilities/ 担当業務】- Design robust architecture.- Find technical issues and propose solutions.- Make technical decisions with accountability.- Lead team members and improve process- Troubleshooting- On-call duty【Required Skills】- 1+ years experience on architecture design- 3+ years experience on programing in any language- 3+ years experience on Netapp / Dell Isilon Storages- 3+ experience on DevOps / SRE- To work in diverse work environment.- Excellent communication and negotiation skill【Desired Skills】- Programing experience (Go/Python)- Knowledge on Software Defined Storage solutions (Ceph / Minio, etc)- Experience on Netapp Metrocluster- Experience on operations with a strict change management flow.
