As a Floater Property Manager, you’ll play a critical role by supporting multiple locations in your region—stepping in wherever coverage is needed and ensuring operational excellence across the board.This unique role combines customer engagement, multi-site operations, and hands-on facility support. If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy building relationships while making an impact, we’d love to hear from you!What You’ll DoMulti-Site Operations & Relief CoverageTravel between properties to provide coverage for staffing gaps, busy periods, or special circumstancesAdapt quickly to each location’s procedures, customer base, and team dynamicsEnsure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain consistent standards across all sitesSales & Customer ServiceHelp customers find the best storage solutions and close sales through in-person and phone interactionsBuild trust and positive relationships with customers, teammates, and local vendorsDeliver an exceptional customer experience in every interactionAdministration & ReportingProcess payments and invoices, manage delinquent accounts, and comply with lien lawsSupport pricing, promotions, and occupancy strategies to maximize revenueSubmit timely updates and reports to your Area or District ManagerFacility Maintenance & SecurityPerform routine site inspections and light maintenance (e.g., cleaning, trash pickup, lock replacements)Monitor and manage facility safety and security systemsCoordinate with vendors or contractors for larger maintenance needsTeam Collaboration & LeadershipShare best practices and assist with onboarding or mentoring new team membersUphold The Highline Way by modeling professionalism, teamwork, and strong communicationSupport additional operational needs as requested by leadershipRequired SkillsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong sales, service, and administrative skillsClear, professional communication—written and verbalProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Adaptable self-starter with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently in new or changing environmentsExperience & EducationHigh school diploma or GED required; college coursework a plusExperience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles preferredValid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportationMust pass a background check and drug screeningPhysical & Schedule RequirementsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsStand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)Flexible availability, including Saturdays and occasional overtimeFrequent travel between locations (mileage reimbursement provided)Why Join Highline?Competitive hourly pay ($16-$18).
