SMC Enterprise Ltd. is looking for Store & Accounts Officer, Pharma DistributionKey PointsRequirements may relax for deserving candidateJob Description / ResponsibilityReceiving all sales proceeds by Cash/DD/PO/Mobile Banking through proper checking and depositing in the concerned bank within the 24 hours.Preparing depot distribution costs and assisting to DIC for controlling the costs.Checking & verifying bills & vouchers, ensure necessary payments with proper approval & guidelines, ensure timely and accurate data entry as per prescribed format on a monthly basis.Examining physical stock and checking it with the stock register in every month within the cutoff date and reporting it to Head office distribution personnel.Examining the fixed asset register and review procedure for periodical checking of the physical existence of fixed assets.Check the proper supporting/source documents of expenditure & confirm whether the expenses incurred for company purposes for TA/DA, Promotional Bill, hire vehicle rent, office maintenance and Entertainment bill.Maintaining all books of accounts (e.g. petty cash, banks) registers (e.g. advance), monthly reports, quarterly reports, ledgers properly as well as reconciled bank accounts.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsExperience RequirementsAt least 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Pharmaceutical/Medicine CompaniesAdditional RequirementsMinimum 03 years’ experience in a relevant field. Preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG distribution.Must have basic knowledge of TAX and VAT.Good command in MS Excel, ERP/accounting software (e.g., Troyee, Tally, SAP, etc.).Job LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
