Store Executive (Art & Craft Production)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Art & Craft Production Assistant to join our team.This role focuses on embroidery work and other related craft production tasks. You will be part of a fun and growing team that produces customized and personalized gifts for customers.Job Description And ResponsibilitiesOperate embroidery machines and equipment to produce customized designs on various products (e.g., apparel, tote bags, sweaters, etc.)Prepare and set up materials before production (e.g., threading, hooping, stabilizing fabric).Inspect embroidery work to ensure high quality and accuracy according to customer design.Assist in minor finishing work such as trimming threads, ironing, packing, and quality checks.Follow daily production schedules and meet order deadlines.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the embroidery work area.Assist with other art & craft production tasks when required (e.g., vinyl cutting, heat pressing, packing).Required Skills And QualificationsExperience or interest in embroidery or craftwork (training will be provided).Good attention to detail and steady hands.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive working attitude and good time management.Willing to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools.
