Store Executive (D2C BRAND)

Position Title: Retail Store Executive (D2C Brand)Industry: Consumer Goods — Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Retail & Omnichannel Sales. Location: India. Workplace: On-site.We are hiring a hands-on retail professional to represent a fast-growing D2C brand at an on-site store location. This role focuses on delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring efficient store operations in a high-velocity retail environment.Role & ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding customer experiences: greet customers, understand needs, drive product discovery, and close sales to meet daily store KPIs.Operate and reconcile POS transactions, manage cash drawer, and ensure accurate end-of-day settlements.Maintain stock accuracy: receive deliveries, perform inventory counts, update IMS, and execute regular stock reconciliation.Implement visual merchandising and planogram standards to maximize conversion and in-store product visibility.Process omnichannel orders (in-store pickups, returns, exchanges) and coordinate with e-commerce and fulfilment teams for smooth execution.Monitor store housekeeping, loss-prevention protocols, and escalate incidents to store leadership promptly.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveProven retail or D2C store experience with direct customer-facing sales responsibility.Proficiency operating POS systems and performing cash handling and reconciliation.Experience with inventory management processes and stock audits.Practical knowledge of visual merchandising and planogram execution.Strong customer service orientation with ability to resolve issues and upsell appropriately.Flexibility to work on-site across retail shift patterns including weekends and peak season.PreferredFamiliarity with e-commerce/omnichannel order fulfilment workflows (click-and-collect, reverse logistics).Experience using Shopify POS, Vend, or other retail management platforms.Basic proficiency with retail analytics or Microsoft Excel for reporting.Benefits & Culture HighlightsStructured on-the-job training and clear growth path into senior store roles or field leadership.Performance-linked incentives and employee discounts on D2C product lines.Dynamic, customer-first retail culture with emphasis on learning and hands-on ownership.How to apply: Candidates available for on-site retail roles across India and comfortable with rotating shifts will be prioritized.
