You will set the pace, culture, and standards of our flagship location. From daily operations to team development, your leadership will shape an environment where creativity, consistency, and excellence come together seamlessly.Your mission 👇Lead the overall strategy and performance of the Flagship Store.Inspire, coach, and develop the team to foster collaboration and growth.Ensure an outstanding customer experience and uphold service standards.Review KPIs, identify trends, and create action plans to drive results.Oversee visual merchandising, daily operations, stock management, and internal processes.Represent the brand’s identity and values in a high-impact environment.Ensure flawless execution of campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.Interested?
