Position OverviewThe Store Keeper / Store Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining branch-level inventory in SAP Business One, ensuring accurate stock records, timely dispatches, and adherence to company procedures. This role demands high attention to detail, discipline, and coordination with sales, logistics, and head office teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, issuing, and maintaining medical device inventory. Accurately record all transactions (Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Transfers, and Returns) in SAP Business One. Maintain up-to-date stock levels and ensure timely reporting of shortages or discrepancies. Prepare and manage documentation for dispatches, deliveries, and inter-branch transfers. Coordinate with Head Office and Logistics team for shipment planning and material replenishment. Ensure all instruments, implants, and consumables are stored safely, labeled properly, and handled as per company standards. Conduct monthly and quarterly stock counts and reconcile with SAP system records. Monitor expiry dates of medical products and ensure timely reporting for replacements or write-offs. Maintain discipline and cleanliness in the store area in line with company policies. Support internal and external audits related to inventory.RequirementsEducation: Minimum Bachelors degree (Commerce / Supply Chain / Business preferred). Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with SAP Business One (B1) in inventory/store operations. Skills & Competencies:Strong command of SAP B1 inventory and logistics modules. Proficient in MS Excel and documentation. Good communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and punctual. Familiarity with handling medical/surgical products will be an advantage.
