Our current portfolio of products includes sportswear, smartwatches, sporting supplements, training equipment, cycles, etc.We are looking for a results driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a prior experience in managing a sportswear retail store.ResponsibilitiesHire, train and develop sales staff to enable them to perform their daily dutiesMaintain outstanding store environment and visual merchandising standardsDrive business through focus on the Key Performance Indicators Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent serviceComplete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresManage store inventory and assets to safeguard the organisation’s interestsDevelop business strategies to expand store traffic and optimize profitabilityReport on buying trends, customer requirements, feedback and market developments & salesConduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career pathsHandle issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)Additional store manager duties as per business requirementsDesired candidate profileProven record of success as a retail Store ManagerPowerful leadership skills and business orientationExcellent people management skillsGreat communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skillsPassion for Sports and fitnessBachelors degree in Business Administration or Hospitality
