With state-of-the-art facilities and a dedicated work force, we are committed to delivering excellence in the textile sector.Job Description:We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the complete inventory management, stock control, and material movement in our cotton spinning mills. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in Spinning raw material, spare parts, and finished goods management, with strong expertise in ERP-based inventory systemsKey Responsibilities:Manage and supervise all store operations, including raw material receiving, issuance, and storage of finished goods.Maintain accurate stock records, perform regular inventory reconciliations, and ensure zero stock variance.Oversee inward and outward material flow to ensure timely supply to production and maintenance departments.Implement and monitor ERP-based inventory control systems to maintain real-time data accuracy.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for store management.Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and accounts teams forsmooth material management.Lead, train, and supervise store personnel to ensure efficient workflow and accountability.Prepare monthly and annual stock reports for management review.Monitor aging stock, minimize wastage, and ensure optimum utilization of storage space.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersBachelor`s or Master`s degree in Supply Chain Management / Textile Engineering / Business Administration or related fieldExperience Requirements12 to 15 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):SpinningAdditional Requirements12-15 years of experience in store management within a cotton spinning or textile mill.Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).Proficiency in MS Excel and other inventory management tools.Sound understanding of textile raw materials, spares, and consumables.Excellent leadership and communication abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage a large team and work under pressure.Job LocationNarayanganj (Rupganj)
