Then this could be your next career move.Your Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and develop a team of passionate sales advisorsEnsure smooth daily operations and a consistently high standard of customer serviceDrive sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and targetsManage store inventory, visual merchandising, and operational processesAct as a brand ambassador and uphold the company’s values and service cultureReport directly to the Area Manager and contribute to strategic growth initiativesYour Profile:Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)Proven experience in retail management, ideally in premium/lifestyle/tech sectorsStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach a teamCommercially minded with a focus on KPIs, sales, and customer satisfactionExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPassion for photography or consumer electronics is a plusWhat’s Offered:Full-time, permanent position based in beautiful SalzburgAnnual gross salary up to €50,000 (paid over 14 months)Attractive bonus scheme based on performanceA creative and inspiring working environment within a growing companyOpportunities for personal and professional developmentInterested?We’d love to hear from you.
