At CABAIA we are looking for a Store Manager for our store in the Netherlands in LEIDSCHENDAM (in the Mall of the Netherlands)​CABAIA is a French brand creating backpacks and luggage designed to make daily mobility more joyful—every single day, and forever. Simple as that. Your mission—should you choose to accept it:​Store Operations – Make sure everything runs smoothly: from merchandising to checkout, all while delivering a unique and unforgettable experience to our customers.Team Leadership – Create a dynamic work environment, motivate your team, and train new hires to become true CABAIA ambassadors.Planning & Performance – Manage schedules, monitor KPIs, and drive your store to meet its goals.Sales Animation – Bring energy to the floor, boost special operations, and make sure customers leave with a big smile.Customer Service & Sales – Share your expertise, guide customers in their purchases, and sell our colorful products with passion.Logistics – Receive deliveries, organize stock, and take part in inventories to keep the store as fabulous as it should be.Cash Handling & Issue Resolution – Manage the POS, handle bank deposits, and resolve any issues with diplomacy. Who we’re looking for:​You’re a natural leader who brings good vibes while delivering great results.
