ResponsibilitiesStore Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth processes, compliance with company standards, and consistent delivery of high-quality service.Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise store staff. Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment that motivates team members to reach and exceed performance goals.Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first approach. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.Inventory and Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate supply orders, and manage stock rotation to ensure product availability while minimizing waste and shrinkage.Financial Performance: Track and analyze store performance, sales data, and key metrics. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.Local Marketing and Promotions: Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions and community engagement initiatives to attract and retain customers.Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in line with local health, safety, and food handling regulations.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching, performance management, and team development.Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in inventory management, sales analysis, and basic financial reporting.
