We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the team of a watch and accessories store in Biel/Bienne. As Store Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the store's success by leading a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a retail team to achieve sales targets and performance goalsEnsure compliance with all company standards, brand guidelines, and operational proceduresManage staff scheduling, time tracking, and absence monitoringHandle daily reporting and communication with relevant stakeholdersOversee inventory management, including receiving shipments, stock control, and quality checksParticipate in recruitment and training of new team membersProvide exceptional customer service and drive sales of our product collectionsHandle customer escalations with professionalism and empathyPerform administrative duties and ensure store presentation meets high standardsRequired Qualifications:Bilingual in French and German or French and English Minimum 5 years of retail experienceBackground preferably in watchmaking, jewelry, or accessoriesAvailable to work a flexible schedule including weekends (store operates 7 days/week)We're looking for a motivated, team-oriented professional with strong business acumen who can work autonomously.
