Short Company DescriptionleoHR furnizeaza servicii de selectie si recrutare specializata, livreaza servicii si strategii in zona de retentie prin serviciul star - Stay Interview: stayIN, servicii de consultanta in managementul resurselor umane, precum si servicii de formare profesionala / training.RequirementsSolid experience (5+ years) in managing luxury retail or hospitality teams.Ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.Excellent client relationship management; passion for refined aesthetics.Analytical and results-driven mindset.Advanced English; additional languages (German, Italian, or French) are a plus.Proactive, hands-on leader with impeccable presentation and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Store Manager to lead our luxury jewelry boutique in Cluj-Napoca - a refined, inspiring environment where excellence meets elegance.You will be responsible for managing boutique operations, leading the team, and ensuring every client enjoys a memorable and sophisticated experience.This is a role for someone who combines managerial precision with natural elegance, empathy, and commercial drive.Key Responsibilities Leadership & OperationsOversee daily boutique operations and coordinate the sales, packaging, and reception teams.Ensure adherence to internal procedures, presentation standards, and operational discipline.Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and operational workflows (ERP, CRM).Foster a professional, respectful, and performance-driven work environment. Business & PerformanceDrive sales performance, conversion rates, and key retail KPIs.Analyze daily performance and implement measures for improvement.Propose and execute local commercial actions and loyalty initiatives.Monitor key metrics: store traffic, average basket value, and customer retention rate. Customer Experience & LoyaltyGuarantee a premium customer journey aligned with luxury standards.Supervise loyalty programs and relationships with VIP clients.Manage customer feedback and ensure quick, elegant problem resolution.Maintain a refined, welcoming, and exclusive in-store atmosphere. Brand & ImageUphold the visual, behavioral, and language standards of the brand.Ensure the boutique's look, uniforms, and ambience reflect the luxury identity.Act as a brand ambassador in interactions with clients and partners.Participate in brand events, product launches, and local activations. Team DevelopmentIdentify training needs and organize learning sessions for the boutique team.Ensure a consistent level of knowledge about collections and brand philosophy.Provide constructive feedback and support individual growth within the team. Coordination with Head OfficeCommunicate daily with the HQ retail management team and collaborate closely with HQ to adapt national brand strategies to the regional market.Represent the brand within the Cluj luxury community and local events.Build and strengthen the boutique's local client base through personalized engagement.Submit weekly performance and activity reports.Offer ongoing feedback for internal process improvement.
