Our client, a fast-growing contemporary footwear and lifestyle brand, is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead its flagship store in Antwerp. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, design-led brand with a strong presence across Europe, known for its creative approach to premium sneakers and modern retail experiences.OverviewAs Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations — driving sales performance, leading and developing your team, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand’s identity and values. You will play a key role in building local brand presence and delivering a seamless, elevated in-store experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & PerformanceDrive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to achieve commercial targets.Lead, coach, and motivate your store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Set and monitor KPIs to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.Customer Experience & Brand RepresentationCreate a welcoming, engaging environment that reflects the brand’s identity.Build strong relationships with local customers and foster brand loyalty.Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet global guidelines.Operations & Team DevelopmentManage stock levels, deliveries, and operational standards.Recruit, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential.Support cross-functional collaboration with HQ teams on retail initiatives.AmbassadorshipAct as a brand ambassador in the local market, representing the brand at events and within the retail community.Uphold the company’s values and ensure brand integrity across all touchpoints.ProfileMinimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager within fashion, sneakers, or lifestyle retail.Proven ability to lead teams and deliver against sales and KPI targets.Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach with strong problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in Dutch and English (required for Antwerp location).Previous store opening experience is an advantage.Remuneration & BenefitsSalary: €45,000 – €55,000 (depending on experience)Competitive bonus and incentivesGrowth opportunities within a rapidly expanding international brandDynamic and creative retail environmentIf you’re an energetic retail leader with a passion for sneakers, lifestyle, and customer experience — we’d love to hear from you.Due to high application volumes, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
