Role Description The Store Manager will ensure efficient daily operations of our Stellenbosch location. Key responsibilities include overseeing store performance, managing a team, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves achieving sales goals, training and motivating staff, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. This is a full-time, on-site position. Qualifications Strong team leadership and management skills, including staff supervision and training.Experience in retail operations, inventory management, and achieving sales targets.Customer service expertise with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of merchandising and visual presentation techniques.Organizational skills and ability to manage a dynamic retail environment effectively.Proficiency in using retail software and basic computer applications.Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a fast-paced, in-person role.Previous retail management experience and a passion for fashion are highly desirable.
