Key Responsibilities:Manage sales performance and ensure the store achieves its targets.Oversee all store operations, including stock control, product display, customer service, and store cleanliness.Lead and manage the store team — recruit, train, and monitor performance.Prepare sales reports and propose sales improvement strategies.Coordinate with other departments and control store expenses.Qualifications: -Minimum 2 years of experience in retail store management. -Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and customer service mindset. -Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays. - Good command of English communication.
