ABOUT YOUYou have store management experience in a specialist retail environment selling luxury products and brands. You lead, motivate, and coach people to have personal meaningful interactions with customers to make them feel special. You have a strong commercial mindset, focused on identifying sales opportunities to enhance business performance and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). You have the confidence to share knowledge and drive behavioural change to develop team growth.
