We're looking for a Store Programs Project Manager to oversee store projects that enhance performance, elevate the customer experience, and drive long-term profitability.In this role, you'll take charge of retail initiatives-- from remodels and resets to new store openings-- working directly with independent retailers and internal teams to deliver outstanding results. If you enjoy bringing strategic plans to life and making a visible impact in every store you touch, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoLead store sets, resets, remodels, and conversions from planning through completion -- on time, on budget, and to scope.Partner with independent retailers and Sales teams to assess store needs and recommend layouts, merchandising, and product strategies that boost profitability.Serve as the primary point of contact during store projects, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with retailer goals.Collaborate across departments and with external vendors to coordinate resources and ensure seamless project delivery.Track project budgets, KPIs, and outcomes, reporting progress and insights to stakeholders.Identify process improvements and support the development of merchandising tools, including planograms and fixture layouts.Build and maintain strong vendor and industry relationships to incorporate trends, programs, and promotions into store plans.Act as a retail consultant, advising dealers on assortment, pricing, and merchandising best practices that drive sales and margin growth.QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:3-5 years of experience in retail or project management roles required.Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.Proven experience managing retail projects from concept to completion.Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of project management principles and retail operations.A proactive, solutions-oriented problem solver who thrives on overcoming challenges.Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, including coordinating teams without direct authority.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related project management tools.Work Environment And Physical RequirementsWillingness to travel up to 75% for on-site project execution and customer visits.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.Comfortable working in both office and retail environments.Ability to life up to 50 lbs and assist with physical aspects of store projects when needed.Why You'll Love Working HereA dynamic role where no two days-- or stores-- are the same.Supportive, collaborative culture that values innovation and results.Competitive compensation starting at $65k/year.Full benefits package including: health, dental, vision, and much more!Ready to lead projects that shape the future of retail?Apply today and help us deliver excellence-- store by store.
