The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all customers and visitors while efficiently handling store communications, coordination, and basic administrative support.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and messages efficiently.Coordinate customer appointments, store visits, and service requests.Maintain the reception area and ensure it reflects the brand’s image at all times.Support store teams in daily administrative and operational tasks.Manage couriers, deliveries, and front-desk documentation.Assist in billing, customer feedback collection, and basic reporting when required.Handle queries and redirect them to appropriate departments.RequirementsGraduate or equivalent qualification preferred.Have to interact with all retail employees.2-5 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Customer Service role (Retail experience preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.Skills: good communication,store handling,administrative,customer handling,front office,apparel,customer service management,customer service
