A Reputed Clothing Brand Company is hiring!Retail store SupervisorLocation: PokharaRoles and Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Motivate, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.Merchandising: Develop and implement merchandising strategies to create a visually appealing shopping experience, ensuring products are well-displayed and accessible.Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and take proactive measures to maximize store performance.Budget Management: Manage the store’s budget and ensure the efficient use of resources to meet operational goals.Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.Policy Adherence: Ensure that all store activities adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining high operational standards.Vendor and Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely product availability and store stock levels.Minimum Competencies Required:Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.Industry Knowledge: Knowledge about makeup and prior experience as a makeup artist is preferred.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and operational challenges efficiently.Multitasking Ability: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software (experience with retail POS systems is a plus).Customer Focused: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
