Store Supervisor / Storekeeper

About The OpportunityA management consultancy operating across facilities management, procurement and onsite operations in the UAE, supporting corporate and government clients with end-to-end logistics and inventory services. This on-site Store Supervisor role manages regional stores, inventory accuracy and material flows to ensure uninterrupted operations and compliance with company HSE and procurement standards.Role & ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily store operations—receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, returns and stock transfers—ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch.Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliation, discrepancy investigation and corrective action tracking.Operate and update stock records in Warehouse Management Systems / SAP MM; process goods receipt notes (GRNs) and prepare inventory reports.Coordinate with procurement, site operations and vendors to prioritise orders, schedule deliveries and verify incoming material quality against purchase orders.Enforce safe material handling and storage practices, maintain housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with HSE and inventory control procedures.Lead, coach and roster store staff; manage daily tasks, monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce shrinkage and lead times.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveInventory managementWarehouse Management SystemsSAP MMMS ExcelGoods receipt anddispatchCycle countingPreferredRF barcode scannersForklift operationPurchase order processingAdditional QualificationsProven experience in stores/warehouse operations, preferably within UAE or regional on-site logistics environments.Good command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Valid UAE work authorization; ability to work on-site and flexible shifts.Benefits & Culture HighlightsCompetitive salary with allowances and overtime pay for on-site roles.Structured roster, stable onsite assignment and opportunities for skills training in WMS/SAP.Supportive operational culture focused on safety, process discipline and continuous improvement.This role is optimized for candidates skilled in inventory control, WMS/SAP operations and hands-on store supervision seeking an on-site position in the UAE logistics and procurement environment.Skills: inventory management,cycle counting,warehouse management systems
