Store Supervisor – Riyadh, KSA📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🏢 Industry: Telecommunications & ElectronicsOne of our esteemed clients, a leading name in the Telecommunications and Electronics industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer experience.Manage sales performance, inventory control, and staff supervision.Lead, motivate, and train team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.Prepare reports, monitor stock levels, and ensure compliance with company policies.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.2–3 years of experience in retail operations or store supervision, preferably within the electronics or telecom sector.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
