Job Title: Store SupervisorDepartment: SalesReports To: Commercial Manager. Location: Tripoli. Job Summary :The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining proper inventory levels, and supervising the performance of sales associates. The role requires leadership, operational efficiency, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.Key Responsibilities:1. Store OperationsEnsure the store opens and closes according to company policy.Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.Monitor daily cash handling, billing, and transaction accuracy.Ensure compliance with company policies, including attendance and appearance standards.2. Sales & Customer ServiceLead by example to achieve and exceed sales targets.Ensure customers receive excellent service and product recommendations.Handle customer complaints and escalate major issues to management when necessary.Track store performance metrics such as conversion rates, average ticket value, and customer satisfaction.3. Inventory & Stock ControlSupervise product display, rotation, and replenishment.Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.Coordinate with the inventory department for timely stock supply and returns.4. Team Leadership & SupervisionSupervise, train, and motivate sales staff to meet performance goals.Assign daily tasks, monitor attendance, and ensure adherence to shift schedules.Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback or coaching.Support HR and management in new staff onboarding and discipline management.5. ReportingPrepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.Provide input on customer trends, product demand, and store needs.Communicate effectively with head office and management teams.Qualifications & Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (preferably in eyewear, fashion, or optics).Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles. Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.Well-presented, professional, and customer-oriented.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Achievement of monthly sales target.Customer satisfaction and retention rate.Inventory accuracy and shrinkage percentage.Employee performance and attendance compliance.Store audit and cleanliness score.
