This beautiful resort opened in October 2008, and has 90 one-bedroom villas, 1 Presidential Suite, 45 two-to-five-bedroom residential villas, 5 stunning Food and Beverage venues in addition to managing an off-property beach bar/restaurant, an award-winning over water Spa, 2 tennis courts and a fitness center.PurposeMonitor all incoming goods against delivery invoices to ensure that the type, amount, price and quality of items charged and ordered are correct and maintain safe and organized storage of all items.Job ResponsibilitiesGeneralExecutes all tasks assigned by his/her superiors Demonstrates a high degree of standards awareness; promotes teamwork and acts as role model Maintains proper Bin cards with Min/Max Level fixed on shelving Ensure that the storerooms are always kept in order and tidy all the times Attends all scheduled training sessions Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden Rule. Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact. DepartmentalFill all requisitions, update respective inventory cards. Complete daily, weekly and month end inventories as required. Handle all deliveries in a timely manner Ensure loading dock and receiving areas are kept secure, clean and organized. Assist with regular cleaning and re-organization of storerooms. Maintains a proper First in First out system of items. Inspect all goods at delivery entrance of hotel to determine if orders are correct and of good quality. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Performs any cognate duties as and when required.
