Storeperson - Dayshift

We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join our Stores Team at our convenient Te Rapa depot. We're searching for someone like you who is ready to learn and grow in a new team.The role works with our Aluminium Fleet based in Te Rapa. Primarily Monday - Friday, on our Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.The Role InvolvesLoading aluminum and components from our logistics centre onto trucks in a safe and secure mannerEnsuring that correct and accurate documentation is maintainedOrganise and check for the accuracy of all outward freight movements, ensuring relevant documentation is maintainedMaintain communication between customers and truck drivers where possible Ensuring that the stores area is always kept tidy and presentableWe are searching for someone like you, who has the following skills and experience:Previous experience operating a Counterbalance ForkliftAttention to detail skillsGreat communication skillsMinimum of a full class one driver licenseMinimum 40 hours of work per weekIf you are successful in joining the APL Direct team – you will learn very quickly that we value our people, and we are all passionate about making APL Direct an amazing place to work.
