We’re Hiring: Stores Controller / Stores Administrator – Chemical Manufacturing IndustryOur client, a reputable chemical manufacturing company, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Stock Controller / Stores Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role is based at South Gate Business Park, Amanzimtoti, and plays a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and accurate stock management.🔹 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Stock Management – All WarehousesManage receipts for both stocked and non-stocked itemsCapture and process all stock issues accuratelyRaise requisitions as directedConduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock countsCapture stock take results and resolve variancesReceive and inspect incoming goodsMonitor stock levels and maintain Min/Max thresholdsMaintain excellent warehouse housekeeping standardsCreate and amend stock codes as neededPerform other ad hoc stock-related duties2️⃣ Goods Received Notes (GRN) – All WarehousesProcess all receipts daily and manage documentationAddress queries and correct errors promptlyMatch delivery documents accuratelyAssist in balancing the GRN trial balance3️⃣ General & Administrative SupportMaintain printer ink and cartridge stockNumber and label non-plant assetsAssist with office consumables and stationery controlPerform errands for the Admin Department as neededSupport with other ad hoc general office duties🔹 RequirementsMinimum: Matric (a qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain advantageous)2+ years’ experience in stock or warehouse administration (chemical/manufacturing environment preferred)Strong attention to detail and accuracyProficient in MS Office and stock control systemsExcellent organizational and communication skills📍 Location: South Gate Business Park, Amanzimtoti⏳ Contract Duration: 6 Months💰 Salary: R14,400 per month (gross)Stores Controller / Stores Administrator an on-site, 6-months contract role based in South Gate Business Park, Amanzimtoti offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical compliance and risk function at one of South Africa’s leading FMCG companies send to Zanele.Hlophe@adcorpgroup.com
