STR / OTA Revenue Manager

Agmakina Group is a Bali-based real estate company focused on developing and managing high-yield short-term rental (STR) properties for international investors. We currently operate 2 boutique hotels and 4 villa complexes (each with 10 villas), with listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other major OTAs.But we’re just getting started.Our roadmap is to scale to 18 total complexes, including:●     3–4 hotel-style developments●     12 villa clusters, each with 10+ villasThis will bring our total portfolio to over 100 STR units under management.Role Overview:We’re hiring a results-driven STR Revenue Manager to own pricing strategy, OTA performance, and booking growth across our entire portfolio.
