Responsibilities You’ll OwnProactively connect with prospective clients through LinkedIn, Meta platforms, and other digital toolsFacilitate structured conversations that help individuals assess alignment with our programsUse established processes to guide clients through an informed discovery and enrollment journeyManage all communications and scheduling using platforms such as Zoom, CRM systems, and emailTake part in ongoing peer learning, skill development, and mentorship sessionsTrack engagement metrics and refine outreach strategies based on best practices and insightsWhat Makes You a Strong FitAt least 5 years of experience in business development, client success, sales, or partnershipsExcellent communication skills—clear, composed, and authenticSelf-motivated and organized with a strategic mindsetCurious and energized by leadership, coaching, or personal growth workFluent in English (written and verbal)Tech-comfortable:
