The Strata Assistant will support the daily operations of body corporate management, including coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with legal frameworks. If you are an administration superstar and love assisting others, this role is for you! The role also involves liaising with clients, property owners, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates. The position requires the ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks and maintain a high level of organization.QualificationsAdministrative skills, including record-keeping, documentation, and organizationEffective communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagementProblem-solving skills and the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues efficientlyAttention to detail and accuracy in administrative and compliance-related tasksProficiency in using relevant software tools and basic office applications - Stratamax highly regardedExperience in strata management, property management, or a related field is a mustAbility to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
