Strategic Account Executive – DevOps SaaS PlatformWe’re partnered with a rapidly scaling DevOps software company that’s at the forefront of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) solutions. They’re expanding globally and looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join their high-performing sales team.As a Strategic Account Executive, you’ll be a bold, intellectually curious, and results-driven individual who understands technical SaaS products in depth and can clearly articulate their value to enterprise customers. This is a high-impact role focused on bringing cutting-edge solutions to new engineering teams and expanding relationships within some of the world’s fastest-growing technology companies.You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close, engaging directly with decision-makers in Engineering, DevOps, and IT across various verticals. You’ll also work closely with internal teams to help shape product direction based on customer and market feedback.What You’ll DoDevelop and execute a strategy for identifying, creating, and closing sales opportunities within a defined strategic customer segment.Focus primarily on generating new business, while also expanding existing relationships.Leverage Challenger and MEDDPICC sales methodologies.Use data and insights to address objections and deliver compelling, value-based solutions across multiple stakeholders.Build, prioritize, and forecast your pipeline using tools such as HubSpot, Outreach.io, Gainsight, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.Manage evaluations/POCs, contract negotiations, and customer relationships.Collaborate effectively with internal partners, including solutions engineers, customer success, and product management.Operate with the utmost integrity and professionalism in every customer interaction.What We’re Looking For4+ years of SaaS sales experience, selling a technical product to large enterprise customers.Proven record of consistent performance and quota achievement.Curiosity about the DevOps ecosystem and comfort discussing technical concepts and their business value.A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Strong communication (written and verbal) in Japanese and English Experience expanding existing accounts and developing net new business.Background selling to engineering leadership (CTO, VP of Engineering, DevOps leaders, etc.).Bachelor’s degree preferred.Why JoinThis organization offers a dynamic, inclusive, and fast-scaling environment, with strong support for personal and professional growth.
