Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Remote (U.S)Salary Range: Competitive; commensurate with experienceJob SummaryFenris is hiring a Strategic Accounts Manager / Customer Success to lead relationships with some of the most forward-thinking insurance organizations in the industry. This role focuses on long-term client success and ensures customers get value from our data and predictive intelligence solutions, stay engaged, and grow with us.You will serve as the primary point of contact for a set of high-value accounts. Your work will span onboarding, adoption, renewals, and ongoing guidance on how clients can expand their use of Fenris. We are looking for someone who is relationship-driven and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong, trusted relationships with client teams and executive stakeholders.Manage the full client lifecycle including onboarding, billing setup, usage monitoring, and renewal planning.Track account health to identify risks early and uncover opportunities for growth.Work with Development, Sales, and Marketing to ensure client needs are clearly understood and addressed.Deliver reports, recommendations, and insights that help clients maximize the value of Fenris’ data and predictive models.Understand client strategy, operations, and pain points to anticipate needs and design value-driven solutions.Advocate for your clients internally and coordinate solutions when needed.Maintain accurate notes, activity, and forecasting within HubSpot.Qualifications3 or more years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services. Experience in insurance, SaaS, or analytics is preferred.A strong track record of managing complex, high-value accounts and meeting retention and growth goals.Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with senior and executive stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM is helpful.We know job descriptions can sometimes feel like a checklist, and research shows that while some people apply if they meet most qualifications, others hold back unless they meet them all.
