Strategic Advisory & Corporate Strategy Consultant (6 months)

Position Objective:The Consultant will serve as a strategic advisor and executive management support, working closely with the department to shape the Client’s corporate strategy and future direction. The role focuses on conducting strategic studies, assessing the current organizational state, developing operating models, identifying improvement opportunities, and building a comprehensive Strategy Playbook. This position requires a strong background in strategic planning, business performance, smart mobility, and collaboration with senior leadership.Job Description & Responsibilities:Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, providing high-level insights and recommendations aligned with the Client’s strategic objectives.Lead the development, refresh, and enhancement of the Client’s corporate strategy and long-term business plans.Support executive-level decision-making by delivering clear briefings, strategic analyses, and scenario evaluations.Conduct in-depth current-state assessments and identify improvement areas across business functions.Develop and refine the Client’s operating model, organizational positioning, and strategic direction.Formulate strategic initiatives and define overarching KPIs aligned with corporate goals.Recommend and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities and collaboration frameworks.Lead strategic research, benchmarking, and market studies to support corporate planning and transformation efforts.Produce comprehensive strategy documents, reports, and assessments to guide leadership decisions.Build a practical and actionable Strategy Playbook for implementation across departments.Advise on best practices for governance, risk management, and reporting methodologies.Ensure alignment with internal policies and national standards throughout strategic activities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of initiatives.Deliver high-quality, evidence-based outputs that support business transformation and operational effectiveness.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.Master’s degree in Business or Strategy is preferred.8+ years of experience in strategic management, corporate planning, consulting, or business transformation.Strong experience leading business development and strategic planning initiatives.Proven capability in operating model design, restructuring, and optimization.Background in identifying and managing strategic partnerships and collaborations.Direct involvement in business planning, KPI development, and performance management.Exposure to smart mobility and smart cities concepts is highly beneficial.Hands-on experience conducting strategic research, benchmarking, and studies.Solid understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
