With a strong international presence and a collaborative culture, this organisation is driving transformation across its supply chain and engineering operations.The OpportunityThis is a high-impact role for a seasoned procurement professional with deep expertise in capital equipment and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) sourcing. You'll lead strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple facilities, working closely with engineering and project management teams to deliver cost-effective, timely, and technically sound procurement solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute long-term sourcing strategies for CapEx and MRO categories.Lead RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and contract awards for capital equipment and services.Collaborate with engineering teams to optimise equipment specifications and drive performance.Create and manage regional/global supply agreements and support budgeting for capital projects.Mentor internal stakeholders on procurement best practices and contracted programs.Manage medium to complex procurement projects across multiple sites.Ensure commercial terms and conditions are aligned with business goals.Act as a deputy for the Head of CapEx & MRO Sourcing when required.What You BringBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.7-10 years of strategic sourcing experience in technical goods, ideally in a centralised procurement function.Proven track record in capital equipment and MRO sourcing, including RFI/RFP processes.Experience in food processing, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries.Strong project management skills in multi-plant or international environments.Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and prioritisation.Fluent in English; French is a plus.Why Join?Be part of a global organisation shaping the future of food manufacturing.Work on high-value, technically complex projects with cross-functional teams.Enjoy a collaborative, inclusive culture that values innovation and continuous improvement.Competitive compensation and benefits.Hybrid working and international exposure.
