You will help shape the organization’s growth trajectory, influence critical business decisions, and serve as a key link between executive leadership, investors, analysts, and internal teams.If you thrive on solving complex challenges, enjoy data-driven decision-making, and want to be at the core of how fast-scaling businesses operate, this role offers exceptional ownership, visibility, and strategic influence.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Initiatives & OperationsLead and support strategic projects and core operational initiatives across functions, collaborating directly with the CEO to drive business priorities and outcomes.Financial Modeling & InsightsBuild financial models, perform deep-dive analytical assessments, and generate insights that guide strategic and operational decisions.Investor Relations & ReportingPrepare investor updates, fundraising materials, and board-level presentations, while managing communication and responses to investor and analyst inquiries.Performance Tracking & ReviewMonitor key business metrics, run monthly and quarterly reviews, and evaluate performance trends to highlight opportunities for growth and optimization.Research & Strategy SupportConduct market, competitive, and industry research to support strategic planning and long-term vision.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects.Ideal Candidate Profile3+ years of experience in strategy, finance, consulting, FP&A, business operations, or similar analytical roles.Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in financial modeling and data-driven problem-solving.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when working with senior leadership and investors.High ownership mindset, execution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity.Core SkillsCorporate Finance Business Finance Finance Strategy FP&A Strategic Financial Planning
