Strategic Growth Manager (Urgent) On-site, based in Bangkok, ThailandThe Company:Chronos Consulting is part of the Coberon Chronos Group, an award-winning global leader in permanent and temporary staffing, RPO, and business process automation solutions for global multinationals. The Group owns and operates 52 offices worldwide.Chronos Consulting’s client is a fast-growing food tech company that helps restaurants optimize their delivery sales using innovative data solutions. They are known for their dynamic team culture and commitment to employee growth.Job Responsibilities:Build and maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships with restaurant owners and delivery platforms.Develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize pricing, sales performance, and profitability.Benchmark competitors and lead growth initiatives to outperform peers within 90 days.Oversee capacity management, workforce planning, and operational efficiency across partner restaurants.Manage full P&L ownership, including financial planning, reporting, and KPI tracking.Lead brand launches and market expansion to ensure strong unit economics.Learn and apply advanced pricing, financial reporting, and strategic planning alongside the founding team.Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team focused on growth, ownership, and community impact.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related fieldProven track record in driving commercial growth across strategy, operations, business development, or consulting.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Solid understanding of P&L management, financial reporting, and performance metrics.Confident engaging with senior leaders and managing key external partnerships.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proactive, entrepreneurial, and adaptable in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Fluency in English and Thai (both required).
