Strategic Marketing Director – AmericasExperience: 15+ YearsWe are seeking a seasoned Strategic Marketing Director to lead marketing efforts across the Americas region, with a focus on both mature and high-growth markets, including, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and US strategic initiatives.This senior role requires a strong leader with proven expertise in strategy development, team leadership, thought leadership, demand generation, digital marketing, demand generation and stakeholder engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the regional marketing strategy across the Americas, with tailored approaches for growth markets such as Mexico, Brazil and Canada and mature markets like the U.S. (strategic initiatives).Design, build, and scale an efficient demand generation engine in close partnership with the sales and digital organization to drive high quality leads.Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing programs including multi-channel campaigns, brand positioning, content marketing, events and communications.Develop and serve as the narrative owner for the Americas - crafting consistent messaging that aligns with corporate strategy and highlights regional priorities, leadership, innovation and impact.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership, business marketing, alliances, delivery and corporate teams to align marketing efforts with go-to-market plans and revenue objectives.Partner with field marketing leads in Canada, Mexico, Brazil to provide strategic guidance, content and executional support for localized campaigns.Design and drive thought leadership initiatives across strategic themes in line with country objectives.Build and maintain a curated database of top clients, partners, analysts and advisors to support executive engagement, campaign targeting and brand advocacy.Support regional communications initiatives in collaboration with PR, media and corporate development teams - especially during announcements, M&A activity or crisis situations.Establish clear metrics and KPIs to track, analyze and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, marketing ROI and customer acquisition cost, ensuring data-driven decision-making.Skills and Experience15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior regional or global leadership role, preferably in IT services, consulting or enterprise technology.Proven ability to build and lead multi-disciplinary marketing teams across geographies.Demonstrable success in developing and executing marketing strategies that have driven significant revenue growth and market share acquisition.A strong track record of building, leading, mentoring and scaling high-performing, globally distributed marketing teams, with experience adding critical new functions.Deep understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, campaign strategy and integrated marketing communications.Exceptional leadership skills and strategic thinking, communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a vision, influence and collaborate effectively at all levels, including the executive leadership team and external stakeholders.Experience in marketing within North America and Latin America (particularly, Canada, Mexico and Brazil) is strongly preferred.A data-driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and a clear bias for action.Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced, transformative, and multiple time zone environment.Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
