These plans will touch on various aspects such as production capacity expansions, new market developments, mergers & acquisitions (M&A’s), and more.You work in collaboration with cross functional teams including for example Sales to understand customer needs, Business Developers who ultimately implement validated strategies, RTG to assess investment size, etc.You drive strategic thinking that moves initiatives forward with purpose and efficiency, cutting through complexity without getting mired in details. You will present these strategic plans to top management, securing their validation and buy-in.You develop intelligence on competitor activities and monitor their evolving strategies and tactics – new market segments, new plants, capacity increase, etc.ProfileYou have minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B strategic marketing roles, ideally in the chemical industry.You hold a Master’s Degree in Economics, International Business, Chemistry, or equivalent.
