Founded in 2018, Marti is Türkiye’s leading mobility app, offering multiple transportation services to its riders. Marti operates a ride-hailing service that matches riders with car, motorcycle, and taxi drivers, and operates a large fleet of rental e-mopeds, e-bikes, and e-scooters. All of Marti’s offerings are serviced by proprietary software systems and IoT infrastructure.Marti's vision is that everything on wheels will be electric and everything electric will be shareable. By pursuing sustainable growth, we strive to positively impact the communities we serve and make a meaningful impact on the future of mobility.Marti invites applications from dynamic, innovative and highly motivated candidates for the following position;At Martı, we’re building more than a business — we’re building an ecosystem that connects people, brands, and ideas.As our Director of Strategic Partnerships, you’ll shape how ridehailing business collaborates with the world — from major corporations to cultural institutions and creative communities.Your mission: turn partnerships into meaningful growth, visibility, and long-term brand impact.What You Will Do• Lead ridehailing business’ partnership strategy across commercial, institutional, and cultural domains, ensuring every collaboration drives growth and strengthens our ecosystem.• Identify new partnership opportunities with corporates, fleet operators, fintechs, retailers, and creative communities — turning shared ideas into tangible business results.• Build frameworks and processes that make partnerships scalable, measurable, and sustainable.• Work closely with Marketing, Growth, and Policy teams to align goals, track outcomes, and amplify impact.• Represent company in key industry and cultural platforms — positioning the brand as a connector and thought leader in mobility and beyond.• Continuously measure partnership performance and translate insights into smarter, bolder collaborations.Who You Are• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or marketing strategy — ideally in tech, mobility, fintech, or platform-based sectors.• Proven ability to structure and deliver cross-sector collaborations that drive both commercial and brand value.• Strong understanding of Turkey’s business, media, and institutional ecosystem.• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills; thrives on building trust and momentum.• Fluent in Turkish and English.Working Style• You’re strategic yet hands-on — equally comfortable in boardrooms and on the ground.• You value collaboration, clarity, and creativity in every partnership you lead.• You’re data-aware but human-driven, measuring success in both numbers and impact.• You thrive in fast-moving, cross-functional environments where ideas quickly turn into action.
