Our international footprint brings global perspective to local challenges. Strategic Partnership Manager Location: Toronto, Ontario – primarily based in partner headquarters in mid-town Toronto, with flexibility for remote work (expected minimum 3 days per week onsite).Hours: Full-timeContract Type: Fixed-Term – 24 monthsTravel: Occasional travel across Canada for stakeholder meetings and workshopsSalary: CAD 75k - 85k per annum  4GLOBAL is seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery and growth of our work in Canada. Based within our key client’s Toronto office you will act as the central liaison between 4GLOBAL, and wider sector partners, ensuring successful delivery of our sports participation platform (InsightOS – Canada) while driving engagement, adoption, and long-term value creation. This is a dynamic role combining partnership management, stakeholder engagement, data-driven strategy, and commercial growth. You will be instrumental in ensuring the success of the InsightOS - Canada initiative aligning delivery milestones with partner objectives and identifying new opportunities for collaboration, expansion, and commercial growth. In this role, you will:  Partnership Delivery & Relationship ManagementServe as the day-to-day representative of 4GLOBAL within the Jumpstart office, acting as the primary liaison for InsightOS-Canada.Manage key relationships with Jumpstart, Canadian sport organisations, ministries, and sector partners.Coordinate delivery across multiple project phases planning, build, onboarding, and expansion.Support workshops, consultations, and presentations with partners and stakeholders.Ensure alignment between project milestones, partner expectations, and delivery outputs.Stakeholder Engagement & Ecosystem GrowthDrive adoption of InsightOS-Canada by supporting onboarding of sport organisations and data partners.Engage new stakeholders to demonstrate value, build trust, and expand participation across the sport sector.Translate complex data concepts into clear, value-driven narratives for non-technical audiences.Data Literacy & Insight Communication• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring data insights are clearly understood and applied by partners.• Demonstrate confidence in discussing data-driven approaches, metrics, and methodologies at a high level with stakeholders.• Field initial data-related queries, explaining key concepts (e.g. participation trends, data integration, benchmarking) in an accessible and compelling way.• Collaborate with 4GLOBAL’s data and technology teams to translate partner needs into actionable data or reporting requirements.Commercial Development & UpsellingIdentify new opportunities for collaboration and value-add services across the sport and recreation ecosystem.Work with the 4GLOBAL leadership team to propose and scope additional projects, pilots, and data initiatives.Contribute to business development efforts by nurturing relationships that lead to upselling and cross-sector expansion.Programme Support & ReportingOversee local coordination of project milestones and deliverables.Support monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes, including stakeholder feedback and performance tracking.Provide local insight and intelligence to shape strategy and partnership priorities.Essential5–7 years’ experience in partnership management, client success, business development, or strategic account management.Knowledge of the Canadian sport ecosystem and key funding/participation frameworks.Data literate, with the ability to interpret insights and confidently discuss data-related concepts and methodologies with partners and stakeholdersProven track record of managing high-profile stakeholder relationships, ideally in the sport, public, or data/tech sectors.Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility at senior levels.Experience working on cross-functional projects and teams involving data, digital tools, or insight platforms.Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware.Comfortable working independently while representing an international organisation locally. Desirable:Bilingual (French/English)Experience in consulting, government, or not-for-profit sectors.Understanding of data governance, digital transformation, or insight-led planning in sport or public sector contexts.
