Strategic Partnerships AssociateSun IP’s industry-leading patent translation, foreign filing, patent and trademark renewals, and annuity solutions empower intellectual property professionals to seamlessly protect innovation around the globe.The role of a Strategic Partnerships Associate work alongside the management and business development teams play a key role in sourcing, developing, and maintaining partnerships and business relationships between internal teams, clients, vendors, and business partners. A crucial part of this role will be traveling to client meetings, industry conferences, conventions, and vendor and business partner visits.Responsibilities Can Include:Build and cultivate new client relationships through proactive outreach, networking, and in-person engagement at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.Represent the company and portfolio brands at business development events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to expand visibility and create new partnership opportunities.Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen and increase client engagement, ensuring meaningful, ongoing relationships that lead to long-term growth and retention.Lead or support strategic projects that strengthen business development capabilities and foster both internal and external relationship growth.Develop and execute client acquisition and relationship management strategies that drive revenue growth, scalability, and long-term partnerships.Analyze sales and marketing performance data to uncover insights that improve outreach effectiveness and client conversion.Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities for new business.Collaborate with executive teams, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and consistency across all client-facing initiatives.Support daily business development activities including lead generation, outreach campaigns, follow-ups, proposal preparation, and CRM management.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in any field of study.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.Self-motivated and eager to learn.Able to travel up to 40% of the time for conferences, client meetings, and networking events.Preferred:Completion of an MBA program.Internship or professional work experience focused on business development, sales, marketing, and/or strategic business growth initiatives.
